Radius Rod - Now fixed with photos

Well what a pain in the hoop that was!!
Probably the original ones from 1990, so to say the offending item was rusted and stuck fast in an understatement.

Had to use my 2.5 tonne jack to assist with leverage. Worked though :D

After much swearing and bashing the parts came undone. Completely rusted and no sign of the sleeve/spacer :shock:
The angle grinder was used in anger to shift the stubborn nuts on the chassis side.

There does seem to be less thread on the old one than the new version. Updated ?

Had to get the wife and kids to sit in the drivers seat to compress the suspension enough to align everything together.
Will definately do the other side before we use Dotty for our holidays.

All sorted and shiny. Nice :ok

You WILL notice much better steering feel and response! Trust you red greased all thd bushes & sleeves ;)
