DIY stores and other places do this stuff - cable tidy. It has a slit down one side. I use it all over the place to protect wires and cables. Cheaper, quicker and easier than trying to source an OEM part. Comes in various sizes.

Mines pretty loose but it doesn't foul anything - just moves with the door. Its cheap as chips (think I paid £3 for miles of it from some over-priced discount store). You can always try some and if it doesn't work, you could source the OEM fittings, but it worked fine for me. Its useful stuff though - no end of places you can use it on a T25, engine bay, starter, battery cables, even under the dash.
