I have a small pin hole in the middle of the red cap on the power steering reservoir....I've had some heavy steering issues recently, so topped up with ATF, but have noticed the fluid is escaping through this hole when the engine is running.

It looks as if it supposed to be there, as it's uniform & dead centre - does this sound normal?

Usually reservoirs are around 2/3rds full - with a level mark on the outside or a dipstick. I presume that T25 ones are the same. Hole is factory.

check it with the engine off, as above there is a max mark on the side about 3/4 of the way up. With the engine running if its overflowing maybe the filter at the bottom of reservoir is blocked and causing it to overflow? Don't know if a blocked filter would cause that symptom, but can't think of anything else?.. Remove the lid and hook the filter out of the bottom, clean/replace and see what occurs
