Exhaust problems

I have recently installed an ej20 engine in my van and need an exhaust, I can't find anywhere that will sell me one or anywhere that can make me one without the van, I can't drive the van without an exhaust and nowhere will guarantee they can make me one even if I get the van to them! :/

To complicate things further I have now moved house and I'm living near Reading and the van is still in Exeter!

I have 2 original Subaru headers and I also have a twin entry twin exit back box but that's it.

Any offers if help, ideas, suggestions or a place where I can buy something (wishful thinking I know) would be amazing as I'm really getting fed up with it now :(

No replies? Ask our resident gearbox man or the chap who is doing a 2wd -syncro conversion for hid dad ;)

I have the same problem, I have sourced all the bits I need for my conversion which I hope to have completed in a couple of months, but the exhaust is a problem.

I spoke to a local hot rod shop here & they are willing to make a bespoke system for about £800, but they need the van as it is all hand made.

My plan is to fit the Subaru header & make up a temporary exhaust so I can drive the van to the shop.

Do you have a local garage or exhaust shop that could make something up for you?

Try power flow franchise on Marsh Barton, they appear to be one of the more competent dealerships :ok

Cheers for all the help, I think I have finally found a decent exhaust at a reasonable price from magicbus and if that doesn't work out I have spoken to the powerflow dealer in Exeter (cheers elvis) they have said they might be able to do it but can't guarantee it or tell me roughly how much.
Interestingly after much searching I could only find a few options and only one pre made one, but that imho was extortionately expensive (over 1k all in :o)
