Replacement k i t c h e n / s i n k tap!

Hello All,
Its been a while since I posted, I think the last time I posted was before I had a child, got married, moved house and expecting another arrival in May.
Anyway, I digress, the tap or to be more precise the 'turning knob/dial' (not very technical sorry) is broken and needs replacement as currently using a flathead screw-driver instead. Attached are some pics, does anyone know if and where I could source a replacement for just the part that's broken please? Any help will be greatly appreciated
