Cracks in heads. Useable or not? Updated with new heads

I've stripped down a set of heads today which are original vw ones. Unfortunately I found the following:

This is one side. Obvious crack plus what looks like one in between the two valve holes

Plus this is the other side

And this is the other head, similar to the first one with an obvious crack and one in between by the looks of it

I've no experience with what's repairable and what's not, so please can someone help.

Sorry they are scrap.

The biggest crack allowed would be this size, even that would be pushing it really.

Hmmm bugger. Better hope the other pair I have are ok then. I'll strip them tomorrow

Well I stripped the heads from my old 2.0 CU engine today. They're AMC ones and to me they look ok. What do you think?

This is the only one I can find with a possible defect.....bottom right hand side of exhaust port. Can't tell if it's a little crack or just a slight dent from the casting

I assume the missing exhaust stud causing this isn't an issue?
