Panel lining CAD files

Hi good people,

I was just wondering if anyone has any plans for ply lining? Ideally as a CAD file or similar. I have access to a laser cutter and was thinking of making my own.
Or if anyone can point me in the right direction.

Many thanks

Andy

If anyone has dimensions/ sketch, it'll take me two minutes to knock up in autocad as a 2d drawing?

That would be fantastic and I'm sure others would find useful. If they had original fixing holes more the better. I had no luck searching for the dimensions via Google.

Doors and side panels already available at reasonable cost (ebay) in both ply and hardboard but I assume you mean roof or higher panels at back - if no windows?

like the full set on JK, plus for rear where windows would go if they were installed. Thought it may be more cost effective to make a set but perhaps not.

I weighed that one up but concluded that cutting them accurately as well as getting holes exactly right was too time-consuming. Even my Father who has a huge wood workshop and can handle big boards reckoned it was cheaper to buy them already done.

Accuracy with a laser cutter would be down to the drawings used. Students where I work create very intricate designs, cut in a variety of materials.
I agree that more traditional methods of cutting would be far more time consuming, and in the end bought ones probably more cost effective, let alone keeping ones sanity.
I haven't been able to find any measurements for the boards so looks like it's a non starter really. Worth a thought though.
