3 Seat belts in back?

Good evening, my campers been off the road for a quite a while but plan to get it back into shape for this year. Since we bought it our families grown and will be growing in size to 5 with a 3 year old, 1 year old and bump. We have a 1984 Westy High top with wrap around L shaped seat arrangement, and just trying to work out the best way to carry 5 people with 3 in some form of car seat.
I’ve seen lots about the fitting of 2 seats belts in the back and can see that its not recommended to carry sideways so wondering what our options are for 3 other than trading it in for a bus. Hopefully some similar experience out there.
Here's a picture, not mine but similar, I also dont have the buddy seat fitted.
