How do you torque the caliper bolts mine tops out at 210nm not spending £100+ on even bigger one for 4 bolts lol

With any high torque you can use a long breaker bar and a fixed weight on the end
1kg is 9.8Nm
so a 24 inch breaker bar is 600mm or 0.6m
to get 300Nm you need 300/10/0.6 = 50kg on the end, a small persons weight

I've never used a torque wrench on caliper bolts but as I normally have to give a clout to the end of my 12" extension bar with a lump hammer to get them to undo, I apply the same technique in doing them up. Never had a bolt come undone - or snap, in 25 years. In the absence of a torque wrench you won't be far off with that method.

Interesting....I'm in CovKids camp with this one, however, when you have been in the trade as long as we have you you 'get a feel' for how tight something should be.
Loctite threadloc 2700 or 'similar' should be used if you are doing this properly....this stuff lasts for years so definitely worth having a bottle in your toolbox.

Brake Caliper, carrier to hub (late sliding caliper) 270NM ...which is pretty tight.
