Guzzi does, he just frequents the syncro section.. He has a build thread on there with him fitting the hob

I've got the service manual for the x100 if you want a copy - very expensive bit of kit though. Around £1200 new. Spares are pricey esp the hob.

I don't think that they are really for our vans - they are good if you are off grid for a long time but not many people do that. I find that gas is sufficient if I am away for a couple of months in my Merc, 3 burner hob and oven does it for me.
