hard frost last night went out to start van ,battery flat as a flute. before starting no lights on at all ,after trying to start noticed all indicators lights stayed on, no flashing .took all bulbs out ,battery now on charge .when put bulbs back in massive power drain. any help much appreciated .stewart

Indicator relay frozen...?

If all indicators are on at once, flashing or not, that suggests problem with hazard warning switch, as left and right hand side indicators are only connected together when the hazard switch is on.
