hi there am wondering if anyone can help, I have a t25 leisuredrive and am baffled as to how the sink works I have filled the water tank but when I flick the switch by the sink nothing? I think the battery is ok when the enginges running the fridge goes cold when its on the battery setting, how do you check to see if the battery is fully functional we haven't been out in sam yet we want to be fully up and running before hand which is sooo frustrating since we have had him since beginning of October and hes just sat on the drive way any advice on anything to do with him would be very welcome and appreciated

I don't know about the leisuredrive but my Devon has a small 12v submersible pump in the water tank. Check to see if that is working as a first step.

That's right. The pump can get stuck. Twiddling the impellor or similar can sometimes free it.

this is probably a daft question the hubby wants to know how to find the pump when he filled tank earlier he said he couldn't see anything inside the tank

In mine, the back of the cupboard under the sink drainer just slides out and the pump is behind. Sometimes buts blowing and sucking on the tap when its turned on will do the trick. Just went to check and mine has stopped working TBH I hardly ever use the tap. I carry bottles of fresh water for drinking and paper plates etc and make use of site sinks when I get a chance.

Just popped in to say that the fridge runs off the main battery and the water pump runs off the leisure battery, so the fridge going cold does not actually prove anything re the water pump.

When we had a LeisureDrive it had a gold coloured control panel (the "Zig" panel) and this had a switch and a fuse especially for the water pump. Does yours have this panel ? If so the fault could be there. (switch or fuse).

You get a cheap multimeter (Maplins etc at around £10). You locate your leisure battery and measure it's DC voltage. At rest it should be between 12.6 Volts and 12.9 Volts. To check the charging circuit, fire up the engine, rev it up a bit, let it tick over for 5 minutes and then, with the engine still running, measure the leisure battery voltage again. It should read between 13.6 to 14 Volts if the charging circuit is working.

As said ^^^, the actual pump is in the cupboard on the floor.
