where can I get some holdsworth vision transfers to replace my tatty ones?

You can look up your local vinyl decal/sticker maker and show them a picture of what you want, if they can do it then I guess they will want to see the original to get the sizing right.
put a picture up of what you want here, maybe someone can help

We have a local place can make them up, but you don't say where you are so I don't know if they are close enough to you.

Use photobucket.com to host your pictures then you can post them here using the codes they give your picture.
