I'm looking at buying a velle but it is a pig to select gears....have read the old wiki...but as I have no technical skill would be requiring some help....how much do you think it would cost for someone to do the bushes (?) for me?

might be the box itself is fooked....what's the mileage?
on t'other hand could just be crap gearbox oil, was it a cold day when you drove it? how far did you go, takes a good while for gearbox oil to warm up in our camper and gear selection to get easier, but then our velle has no such problems..
