Hi. I'm wondering if anyone has had the same problems as I'm having with the throttle lever modifications. Unfortunately, the lower level moved on the splines on the shaft (as stated DEFINITELY not to on the Brickwerks notes). I have tried to re-fit it to previous setting but this has not been successful. I have placed all the levers where they should be, but there is no response from the throttle, it just ticks over. If I remove all of the levers and springs it will rev out manually by turning the shaft, but not with the levers fitted on the splines. Please help if anyone has any experience and/or advise on this. I remember it being a pig of a job even with the standard setup, it was a few years ago but recall taking absolutely everything apart to get the arm on in the right position ie to almost preload the spindle against an internal spring?, it was then a pig to get all the springs etc back on correctly. I think you just have to persevere.
