Hi folks. I need to fit new wing mirrors for convext type. Do these just screw into the existing holes or do I have to femove door panels and handles etc to gain access ? Thanks in advance. Tom.

Standard door mirrors are held on by the two screws on the outside. No problem to replace. However, WARNING. When you take your old mirror off you will see the tension spring inside. Keep this and use it to replace the one in the new mirror. You will see that the new one is a lot thinner than the original ones. These are useless. If you don't do as suggested your new mirror will flip at about 45mph. 5 minute job!
