I've just been to look at an atlantic hightop. the seams are going,but nothing unusual there. The worst problem is the gutters are shot,does anyone know roughly what a repair is going to cost,and anyone who could do it? Obviously the roof would have to come off,would a roof chop be cheaper? I'm a bit out of my depth here. Thanks.

I agree hold on to your money and find a better one. Unless the price is so reasonable to do the repair and profit from your inconvenience?
