Sump plate stripped threads

Hi All
There was a gravity oil leak from the sump plate on my 2l Aircooled type 25. Bought a new seal from Brickwerks.
Removed the 2 bolts, which weren't very tight at all, probably why it was leaking.
Removed the plate and fitted the new seal. Came to tighten up and discovered the threads had been stripped from one of the holes.
I'm going to helicoil it. My question is this, does anyone know the torque setting for the bolts? I want to make sure it's nice and tight but don't want to strip the threads like previous owner.
Pic of sump plate below for reference.
Cheers
Myles
