Can you guess which one is brand new and which is about 1000 (yep, just 1 thousand ) miles old?

That's the bugger at the moment, can't find the blimmin reciept and can't 'see' it on my usual accounts records. Contrary to some opinion I did not make it myself.

Hmmm... looks like the one I got from GSF - it was only 99mm to start with and got worse quite quickly...

You could always stick a blob of weld on the flattened end but weld tends to be harder than the steel around it and may just wear out the cam upon which it rides. I always assumed that the pump pushrod was sacrificial in this respect but there do seem to be some cheese pushrods about.

Have you lifted the dizzy drive to see what the cam looks like?
