After a chat with an RAC patrolman recently (very minor breakdown, diagnosed by myself by the time he arrived), he suggested that the JX Bosch fuel pumps can be modded to boost power. Is this correct and has anyone attempted this?
First Diesels in Croydon was recommended by Mr RAC.

Yes it can be boosted.
1. Via governor inside the pump
2. Fuel adjustment screw on front of pump.

I am not going to explain how, search the net.
