Mud flaps

Finally got around to fitting a set of mud flaps purchased from VW Heritage this week. Even though they're genuine VW it took a significant amount of fettling. Could be down to replacement wheel arches I guess.

Also fitted arch liners to the back. More fettling there too.

Happy with it all now. Liberal amounts of hammerite and wax oil used throughout!

Rear flaps required a new hole to allow the brace to reach the chassis lip where the hole is to bolt through.
On both sets I had to shave out the lip meant to help secure the flaps tightly to the arch; the channel offered is far too narrow compared to the thickness of my arches.
