What front seats fit in a Westy

My wife has been complaining that her seat was uncomfortable on a long journey and after a stint in it this weekend I agree with her.
Seems like all the foam has disintegrated and dropped out.
We have a Westy & the original big steering wheel and want to be able to swivel the seats without them fouling.
Can anyone who has swapped out westy seats advise?
Would cheer up the wife

So after a 10 hour journey yesterday and a year since I originally posted this question I'm still getting complaints of uncomfortable seats.
I have been pretty busy with the engine swap tho
So can anyone help out?

Why not get new foams and restore the seats?
I dont have the greatest back health but sit in a low-mileage original seat and they are a revelation.
With the exception of the +2 front seat, its always as hard as iron IME

Do they sell the specific foams for the seats?

These are the ones fitted to my Westy, super comfy , and passenger one still swivels completely around. I have had standard caravelle captains seats before in my old Holdsworth and they were really comfy as well, but these Recaro's are even better.

If I could get new foams then that would be a good option although the original fabric is getting pretty thin and I have a 3 inch rip in the drivers seat.
Never done seat renovations before so will have to do a bit of research.
My thinking was that a replacement seat would be cheaper than sending mine to be repaired, the only issue is that I need to be able to swivel the seat and don't want replacement to be higher than the original.

I dont rate the SAAB seats tbh. The cushions are quite thick so you sit higher and they are not completely straightforward to fit: having removed all the stuff you dont need by careful grinding the rails still need some spacers making up to make it all line up.
I would try VWBUSSHOP aka Günzl for foams and fabric. There is also an OEM trim supplier in NL but the name escapes me, New England Retrims brought them to the forums attention.
