Hello everyone I'm a bit stuck and need some help. Just hooked up my t25 and nothing seems to work. The "mains on" light comes on but the plug sockets don't work. Any ideas?

I wish. I wonder if the rcd is at fault?

You should have some MCB (miniature circuit breakers) as well for the sockets usually in the box with the RCD

Make sure you have power getting to the rcd and work away from there going to each point as the power would get to it. 10 minute job with a multi meter.

Where are you in the country?

The fact that you have the power light on your ZIG - assuming that is what you refer to - then you know power is getting to the van through your lead etc...

In mine, the power to the ZIG is on a different trip switch than the plug sockets though, but as you have checked that point, it may be that the plugs were disconnected as they kept `tripping` the system..??

As suggested here in this thread - only a multimeter will help with diagnosing the real issue.

Thanks very much everyone it was just a poor connection and the back of the plug socket!! Simple fix in the end :D
