Drain problem on right side

Hello.
Few days ago I got quite a heavy rain. The day after water was still dripping from the drain holes (at least I suppose they are drain holes) on the bottom of the right side of the van (it stopped afterwards). Here is a picture:

Moreover, there was water dripping also near the back lifting point (right side of the van, picture below). Here I see no drain hole. After one week this spot was still wet.

Have someone else ever experienced something similar?
Does anybody knows what could be the problem? I think that either too much water is entering the frame (a cap missing/broken somewhere?) or another drain hole could be stuck causing water to cumulate inside (other ideas are wellcome!). However, I cannot locate any other drain hole, neither any place where water could enter..
P.S.: apologize for my English, I am not a native speaker

Ok, tomorrow I´ll take a picture of the side of the van (meanwhile to have a rough idea of the position, in the first picture you can see the propane tank, they are exactly there).
Thanks

If its a van with cut in windows rather than a caravelle based van then the windows are probably leaking

It is a Caravelle. Windows seals seem fine, although it might be difficult to see only by looking. Next weekend I´ll try to get wet only the windows.
I also checked inside the van next to the water tank, where the cables (220V, pump and tank levels) come out. There I can see and touch the metal of the side. I mean here:

No water there (though if it is a damaged window seal water could come in from a different spot).
Thanks!

Looks to be just the drain holes on the bottom of the sill? Water can just splash up in there as you're driving along and I'd imagine as the van gets tilted one way and another the water drips out. Inside the sill is one big open space right up past the jacking points. I wouldn't worry about the water if there is no rust on the van. Maybe just spray some waxoyl inside the sill if the van is dried out sometime

No, no rust at all on the van. That day I actually realized the problem after driving more than 300 km..

you will most likely be getting water ingress through the holes you see, also check the one above the rear arm mount has a grommet in it, if you were to dry it out inside the sill and inject with dynax or similar then you would help it a lot,
nice color scheme, did you buy it done or did you have it done

Whats going on with those arches? Some bits missing?
water running aroundin a strange way perhaps due to that?

I know when I did work on that side (utility side if you like) I flared those holes slightly to ensure that any water that gets in there can run out easily. No idea if it works but did it anyway. The Caravelle windows can leak also. Mine was rotted at the floor and its never had a fridge in it either - a common source of water/damp issues allegedly.

What do you mean with rear arm mount (sorry, no native english speaker..)?

Thanks! The original color was blue, what you seen has been done some years ago.
