can they be bought?,cannot find them,I want one to place under the rear seat so I can run the earth lead from my batteries to the earth crown and then have other earth leads running to it and not onto the neg post of the battery as they look messy

your battery earths to the van body and as the crowns fit the van body theres no need to do that, just bond the crown well (nut and bolt and star washers)and your done

What mm means ^^^^ is no need to run a wire from batt neg to the crown as the body is neg

Two points: earth points for leisure batteries should really be more substantial than a 6.3mm spade connector.
&
Earth points on ancillary items (lights/cigarette sockets etc) are better done 'locally' as in, earthing close to the consumer itself....they don't necessarily need to come all the way back to a common earth. This makes the wiring over complicated/busy and susceptible to 'shared earth' problems. (how many times have we seen cars with flashing brake lights when the indicators have been turned on?)
Shared earths work when there are many items in the same locale that need earthing ie: next to a fuse box.
