reversing light fuses

Had all the reversing lights go out on the bus today, checked the fuse in the fuse box and it's ok is there an in line one somewhere I don't know about or would it be the switch any ideas peeps. everything else seems to be ok. Thanks for your help

More likely the switch. Try wiggling the contacts whilst in reverse (obviously with engine off

). Happened on mine a while back. Cleaned off all contacts znd started working again

Thanks for the reply where is the switch? can you remember I assume I will have to scramble under the vehicle.

Assuming you have 4 speed, as mine, switch is on left side of gearbox forward of the clutch slave cyljnder (forward being front of bus). I am tall so could reach from engine bay. Probably easier to get to if you jack and prop the rear and remove the left rear wheel.

Thanks for that a job for tomorrow, hopefully it just needs a clean up but knowing my luck NOT!

Thank you I now know where I have to look for it, samsbus2012 you must be 7' tall with bendy arms to reach that from the back
