Radio Connection Help

Hi there

I am having trouble sourcing a wiring "loom" (I think that's the word, anyway) which will clip into the back of my radio with the other ends of the various wires leading to speakers, 12v power etc etc.

I thought this would be easy - there are loads on ebay - I even bought one but it didn't fit.

The thing I need will be a FEMALE connecter, either 2 x 8 pin or 1 x 16 pin, with various wires coming out the other side which I can then attach to the speakers, power etc etc.

Hopefully the photos below show what I am after.

Very grateful if anyone can shed any light on where I could get one of these.

Many thanks

Ian

Standard ISO sockets by the look of it. Halfords sell them, or ebay for slightly less. Any high street autofactors should have them in fact, with the advantage that you can take the radio along to double check.

Brilliant - thanks CJH.

I feel like a right idiot now. I thought I looked all over ebay and all I could find were MALE connectors.

I never used the acronym ISO in the searches though - that's probably where I went wrong.

Anyway - thanks again - Ian

Just use female connectors on the wires that you have - connections are all in the manual.
