Short Blue/yellow wire loose on fuse board?

Hi, I've only recently got my van and I don't have a Haynes yet so I'm hoping someone can help. I'm trying to sort out a few electric problems and dropped the fuse box out of the dash as I could see this short blue/yellow wire loose with a spade connector on the end.....

It's obviously a factory lead as I can see others the same, is this just a take off for some piece of optional kit my van doesn't have or should it be connected to something?
The vans an '87 Doka with a diesel lump.
Any help would be great.
Best Regards James

If it is it goes to the front/rear fog switch

Thanks guys, I've just asked my wife and it is grey and yellow, I am slightly colourblind but it's normally darker colours that get me.
I'll check it out anyway :D

^WHS. It's the output from the foglight relay (position 7) which won't be fitted if you have just the rear lamp.
