Braking Woe's

I am looking for anyone who possibly has had the same Spongy Brake Pedal Issue which no causing me the go insane.
After taking the near side caliper off to re grease the bearing the brake pedal has now gone spongy when engine running with servo assist.
I have rebled all corners in the correct sequence using an EZ bleed, manual foot pump bleed and even a basic gravity bleed multiple times!
All rear shoes are adjusted right up to spec and I have run at least 4 liters of fluid though all nice and clear no bubbles.
I addition I have also fitted a new master cylinder just in case. Without the engine running the pedal is rock hard, but again once the engine is running the pedal drops as spec but goes soft and is able to pushed to the floor.
Both front calipers are a year old and rear cylinders are dry no weaps!
No visible signs of fluid loss and level stays the same.
This is driving me mad has anyone come across this before?????
Oh also this is an Auto so no clutch slave cylinder and braided hoses all round.
