lhd speedo assy in rhd?

s the title of the post says...does a lhd speedo assembly (including the surround) all fit in a rhd van?
I'm gonna get strung out here but the speedo head/binnacle and plastic surround are surely the same either way....the speedo cable & wiring harness are obviously different.
As long as the speedo head has the same numbers at the bottom (the ratio)
