Hello

I'm currently at Bristol volksfest and my radiator fan switch has gone, just thought I would try my luck on here and see if anyone at the show has a spare one they might sell to me so I can get home to Exeter a bit easier :)

if its just the switch, link out the terminal so the low speed runs constantly. will get you home.
is there no breakers or sellers at the show?

I'm looking around the sellers and breakers now, no luck so far, might have to go down the route of permanent running fan :/ cheers

Just be sure it IS the radiator fan. If you've lost any water and theres air in the system, rad fan may not kick in at all after that. Otherwise bridge it so fan is on constantly as suggested.

Actually its at times like that where the chicken switch really does come into its own. My rad switch had to be preplaced this week too but got around for a day or two by flicking the switch in traffic.

I often think it would be useful to have a dash indicator that shows when the rad fan is being powered. On low speed I can't hear it at all.
