campervan fridge

I am seeking advice....I have a 1990 T25 Holdsworth Villa 3 conversion. When first bought 7 years ago I used the fridge just once and all OK. I haven't used the fridge since and when I tried to turn it on last week there was no ignition (spark) for gas and it also doesn't seem to work on the 12 volt. Any ideas/suggestions would be very welcome - or even a recommendation of somewhere I could take it too in Sothern England for repair. I would prefer not to buy a new one as, apart from the cost, the original has a 'wood-effect' covering to match the van furnishing.

Hi
Last things first...... The doors can be swapped over easily enough, or indeed the matching insert swapped over to the new fridge door
As for the igniter , from my experience , if it's got power ( normally from the leisure battery, maybe via a zig or control panel ) it's the earth that is corroded, normally to the body of the fridge at the back near the burner .

Dear Peter
No...I haven't been able to make any progress with this. As I don't use the fridge this hasn't been much of an issue. Mind you, it would be nice to get it working again.
So if you do manage to find a solution I would appreciate an up-date.
Best Wishes
