Fridge slider - inside cupboard? Anyone done it?

I've just bought a waeco cf40 compressor fridge. Top opening job, it will for through the cupboard door so I don't need to make a cut out as per a cr50.

Although it fits dragging it in and out doesn't seem ideal. My idea was a heavy duty slider so that it can smoothly slid in and out as required. It will need a riser.

Any experience on doing this? All I can find online is 4x4s with them in the boot. The fidge is 16kgs so need a sturdy setup.

My large 3-way cool box (top opening) slides out of the cupboard.
I made a sledge from MDF and four small castors, I drilled four holes that the coolbox feet drop into so that the coolbox located on the sledge.

What about 'appliance runners' eg http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/p ... 411220.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; running in a U shaped cross section 'channel' perhaps made from dexion?

Out of interest, did you buy the fridge new? Any tips on best price?

I got mine new via Arleigh leisure in Nuneaton. Can share the seller in eBay. 485 for the cf40 and 450 for the cf35

Titus:
That looks very cool indeed, if I had thought of it before the interior I would have done it like yours.
