anyone got electric swivel seats?,how have you got the power to the seat so that it still swivels ok?,looking for some inspiration for my setup,it works but looking for ideas

Hth I ran the wires through the centre and almost two years on it's been fine.

thanks for the reply,how much higher did the seat base make the eat?,I have exactly the same colour/style seats as yours,mine is fitted to the autosleeper swivel base,I drilled a small hole right through the bolt from top to bottom to pass the wire through,it works but has just started blowing fuses when it gets to the end of its travel,cannot see anything wrong,no chaffed wire etc,was wondering where I have been turning the seat around over the years maybe the cable has fatigued inside the insulation,they are heavy buggers to lift off and on as you probably know already,not a five minute job

The seat is about 20 mm higher, I've not had any passengers complain about the height and when it's swiveled the height is about right for resting you're feet on the buddy seat.
