How do you fix them so they don't move. I know it's an MOT failure if they aren't fixed.

We have a metal frame.

Mine are just loose cushions that sit on the base and lean up against the back rest. They have never been fixed and never been mentioned on any MOT test. I do not have rear seat belts though so that may be the reason.

So the firing of seat belts in the back changes how secure the cushions need to be for the purpose of MOT. How secure are they expected to be?

I am not sure that the fixing of seat belts in the back has anything to do with it, that was just a guess as to the reason my camper has passed each year with loose cushions rather than fixed.

Presumably so they don't slide forwards at all.

Thinking well use a board and secure it to the metal base with screws?
