Valve spring compressor for WBX (DJ)?

Which valve spring compressor is the right one to use for my DJ engine?

Well i can tell you i bought this one but its not got an extended part on the spring side so hits the head
It does work but i had to modify it by adding large washers to the spring side which is a pain to use

you need this style with a raised part on the spring side like this , comparing the dims I think it's what you need, if you get it let me know if it works and I will get one :D .....

give the springs a sharp knock with a rubber mallet to break the oil gunge before you compress

So no quick release with that then?
just screw it in and out is that right?

HI,

That machine mart one is almost excellent, but not quite!

The valve spring end is too fat to sit nicely on the tops of the spring retainers. I filed mine heavily to make it better, but far from ideal. It was also a bit weedy when trying to compress the springs.

They are expensive, but would be tempted by one of the laser ones next time (the brand, not a bright red light version!)
