Mechanic needed in SW London

Hi all,
I've seen several posts discussing mechanics in London, but couldn't find any recommendations for any based in the SW. I'm being a little bit fussy with this as my van has a failed MOT and I don't want to drive it any further than I have too.
I'm based in Twickenham. If anyone knows of a decent and honest mechanic who knows their way round a T25, either by direct experience or word of mouth, I'd really appreciate a heads up ☺
Thanks in advance!

Not sure how far you are prepared to travel but I've had very good experience with Farnborough VW Centre (in Farnborough, obviously!)

Thanks MidLifeCrisis. Ideally I'd pootle over there myself to keep costs down, but I'd consider arranging for my van to be towed / picked up if the place was really good.
I'll definitely keep it in mind!

I've just seen a post on another forum about these guys

Has anyone had any experience with them?

What are the failures on the MOT? Some people are quite local and may be able to help out

HI keytouch,
they are:

and the advisorys:

I got the impression for the guy who did it at F1 that he wasn't keen on old VWs and was overly critical, but what can you do?
Cheers!

I use Farnborough VW Centre for all the bits of work I don't fancy doing on both my t25 and the wife's t4. Always found Andy very helpful and happy to talk you through the options, and the fact that I keep going back says it all about the satisfaction I've had with the work done there.
