I have installed a usb dual port charger into my van.
The specs for the charger are- input voltage 12v, output voltage 5v, max. output current 2.1A dc, parasitic draw 15mA.
I have used 8 amp cable, 15 amp spade connectors and have attached this to fuse 10 (cigarette lighter, windscreen wipers), 1981 fuseboard, which has a 16 amp (pink fuse in it).
It will be used for charging phone, ecig, portable speaker.

I am not overly confident with electrics so can someone confirm if this is going to be okay.
Many thanks

Sounds fine to me. Those devices will only draw a small Amperage when charging, likely less than 1/2 an Amp each, so you should be fine :)

I installed a dual USB charger last year using a similar set up. Only difference was that I ran it directly from the leisure battery (with an inline fuse). I have installed it along with a standard cigar lighter socket in a modified ventilation plate on the end of the Westy kitchen unit. Nice and neat and let's the kids keep their gadgets charged whilst driving! I'm also happy to use when camping as worst case scenario is running down the leisure battery.
