Rear brake help

My rear drum brakes were both seized on so I decided to bump them off in reverse.... Bad idea. Broke both wheel cylinders, bent brake shoes etc ect
So I have fitted new backing plates, shoes, wheel cylinder's, springs, clips etc. I re-used the old drums. I found that the brakes were pulsing, so I have now fitted new brake drums but it hasn't cured the problem.
Any ideas please?

Thanks for the reply.
It's definately the rears. I can feel that something is not true when I turn the wheels. If I adjust the brakes until they rub they don't rub all the way round. The drums are Febi. Maybe they aren't true?

when you fitted the new shoes did you back off the handbrake adjustment first, adjust the brakes, then adjust the handbrake ?

Put a small chamfer on the leading edge of the brake linings [with a file].
