Hi
has anyone fitted one of these without gluing/bonding to grill as you need access grill and lights for ?
I have tried using lots of numberplate strip but it just pulls away from grill

ive been stripping my camper down at a garage for a while & the bodyshop lads use worths panel sealant, its use to stick panels onto chassis, but once it sets you can never get it off !

Personally I think they look a bit odd. Maybe they'll grow on me. I wonder if the new, more stringent MOT will take a dim view of them. Probably best to have a less permanent sticking option!

have the exact same on mine 2 small stainless self tappers each end then 3 on top fitted while the grill is off then set the grill pins to the lock position and pop back on. job done

only need to get at lights for mot, then unscrew the 2 end screws gently pull the grill out and unscrew other 3 screws then remove grill as normal, never had any issues just be carful. Is a wee bit fiddly but works fine
