Am i using the right Coil?

I just received the new Vw heritage catalogue and noticed whilst flicking through that I might not be using the right coil for my bus
I currently have a standard silver Unipart I think don't quote me on that fitted
Amongst the spares I received with the bus I have a bosche 211-905-115/b used for oe electronic ignition
My 1.9dg engine has electronic ignition module so am I using the right coil as the other coil states its for a points version
My question is is it ok to run with points coil or whats the difference ect
Are there alternatives to the bosche one ?
