Hi all
I'm fed up of looking at yucky black spots on my Holdsworth's brown wall carpet. Does anyone have any suggestions for cleaing it?
Is there some sort of proprietary cleaner I should use for this, or just give it a good scrub with water and detergent?
Ta in advance

Thanks for the replies.
I've quizzed the missus and she agrees that flash with bleach would probably do the job, (not that she can be arsed to do it mind ... lazy old bat!!!).
Ta very much.

My neighbour used a proper carpet cleaner (wet vac) and the dirt flew off
