As it says. I want to fit some front door pockets, so how do I remove the door cards?

Why do you need to remove the panels to install the pockets? I didn't when I did mine.

They screw from inside the door.

That explains it, mine screw from the outside I got them from Just Kampers only took 5 mins to fit.

Remove window winder(pull plastic cover off, screw is underneath) take the door opener off( black plastic inner bit levers out , screw under that). cant remember if the grab handle is also screwed from the hanle side, think it has 2 small covers top and bottom with screws under. start at one corner and gently ease the card away from the door. Might need a paint scraper or summet similar to insert. Pull the card away nice and gently.
Be prepared for the snapping sound of the plastic clips .
Buy new clips

Just checked and hanle comes off by removing small covers top and bottom of handle then undo screws.

The vent has 2 screws
12" steel rule fits under card perfect to twist to push card off
