Replacing Syncro ARB upper drop link bushes

I’m looking at replacing some bushes with new Powerflex bushes (radius rod and ARB lower drop link bushes) on my Syncro because it has a very vague feel at speed and there are cracks appearing in the rubber also I'm looking at replacing the steering rack bushes to also improve the feel.

I’m wondering if it is also worth changing the upper ARB bushes on the drop links whilst I’m at it even though they look OK. These upper bushes look like they might be tricky to fit, can anyone advise on how easy these are to change and are any special tools required?

do the arb links as a set top and bottom new washers and sleeve, chassis mounts for arb only if worn
steering rack bushes are a must do upgrade
then get it tracked once it's all beddedin

new poly steering rack bushes do wonders, really tighten up the steering. For the ARB, i replaced all with rubber as at the time the poly lower arb bushes were to hard for my lifted van. I think Simon may now stock softer ones...
The upper droplink bush is a lot easier to put on if you soak in hot water for a while

Thanks, the chassis mounts look fairly new, so I'll leave those and get the softer Syncro bushes where available. There is a member offer running until Wednesday which I intend to take up.
