Sargent charger advice

Hi all, I'm after some advice on my camper electrics.
I am replacing the 230v electrics and have got a Sargent ec328 psu charger. As I understand it this will charge leisure battery and van battery and I can run 230v and 12v from the unit. But what I'm not sure of is do I need to install a split charge relay as well to charge both batteries on the move or is this something that is also built into the Sargent unit? Any help / advice would be greatly appreciated.

Fantastic specification....with dual battery charging, mains output, solar input etc etc.
BUT
As it works on MAINS it won't be doing anything unless plugged into a 'Hookup' mains supply OR you buy an separate 100/120watt Solar panel.
Without mains or the solar panel you will need the addition of a separate slip charge system that connects starter and leisure batteries whilst the engine is running.

Thanks Martin,
What is a slip charge system? Is that a split relay? I already have a split charge relay installed but wasn't sure if that was needed.
Thanks

I would leave it on as another means of charging the leisure battery....did I really write slip! lol.....of course I meant split.
