Electric Fuel Pump Wiring Help Please

The old mechanical fuel pump on my 2l CU engine failed with a big oil leak. I took bigherb's advice and decided to get a Facet 1.5 to 4 psi pump, new fuel hose, new filter, blanking plate with gasket and M8 20mm bolts with washers.
bigherb posted some excellent wiring diagrams and I decided to go for the Tachometric Fuel Pump Relay . Part no. is 321 906 059 D which I need to get. On Ebay, new repro ones are £38 is there anywhere cheaper?
In bigherb's wiring diagram what do 'connect to coil pin1' and connect to coil pin15 ' mean, sorry I am a bit of a novice.
