Water everywhere

OMG. Just been to check my van having not used it for a few weeks.
The problem is it is soaked and I mean soaked in side.
Having checked the source it is coming from my side windows. They appear to leak like sieves. As they are aftermarket windows I was wondering if I can change them and if anyone has any ideas on what would be better to put in.
It is a 1986 panel van with side window conversion.
I have had to tear up all the flooring etc to dry it out and will need to check that I have no puddles that will root out.
Gutted. Ideas please people on new windows or how I casing stop the leaking.
HELP I DON'T WANT A ROTTEN DAMP VAN.
