Dear all
I just pulled out my hazard switch and it came apart. Now I'm not at all sure how to put the the brass T, the two springs and the plastic pieces back together. Also worried something is down the back of the dashboard :s
Anyone got a picture or instructions???

Where's the fun in that Kev? :O
I had already modified to add LED backlighting when the lights are on.

I just got one for £4 something delivered. The missus told me not to fanny about trying to fix something I didn't have the instructions for. Try veewee.co.uk

So it looks these are different. One extra diagonal spade and the opposite locking mechanism. Hmmm

And no bulb but an extra external resistor...

Is the resistor for an led? Looks as though it should be.

looks like a hole/cavity for the twist out bulb from the old switch though. does that not fit in to the new one?

Yes the old bulb pops in fine, but I'm talking about the one top left. Didn't get chance to test tonight, Valentines, momentary power cuts and dire storm and all that.

It's not the same shape and doesn't fit into the switch caddy - but it will after a little persuasion from Mr Stanley!
The diagonal blade is for illuminating the switch when the lights are on, a function the old one didn't have, which is why I'd added an LED. Otherwise it works a treat.

Hello - can you confirm the new switch fits in the console, and the plug fits on the back of the switch , even with the extra spade contact you show?
And does it illuminate by re using the old bulb insert ? Ta!
