Which coil and how do I tell?

This is a query about a later (1989) 1.9DG engine, not my own early DG.
The manuals talk about coil units 'with grey sticker', and coil units 'with green sticker'. Well the one fitted doesnt have a sticker and the new one doesnt have a sticker either....
The data sheets speak of:-
Green sticker - primary resistance 0.52 -0.76 ohms bet terminal 1 and 15 and secondary resistance 2.4 - 3.5 k ohms between terminals 15 and 4
Grey sticker - primary resistance 0.6 - 0.8 ohms bet termianl 1 and 15 and secondary resistance 6.9 -8.5 k ohms between terminals 15 and 4
My question is (a) what does all that mean? and (b) how do I test which coil Ive got (per pic below). I do have a decent multimeter, so that's a start!
