Just after some advice... i bought two 5litre cans of waxoyl and bout an underseal gun off ebay. unfortunately it doesny screw onto the tins but does spray ok. The only problem is its pretty bulky to carry around.... i have an extension for the gun but it barely sprays.

I asked the same question a while ago. I ended up buying a Sealey SG16. I've not done much with it yet, but it worked well for the little I've done.

The can needs to attached to the gun to spray properly, they need the pressure in the can to force the wax out of the gun. Buy one can of waxoil that'll fit the gun and then use the 5l cans to refill the 1l can on the gun. I did mine with Dinitrol wax using small 1l cans and my cheap Aldi 25l compressor. It was nice and easy to get under the chassis with the small cans and easy to get in at any angle. Warm the cans in a bucket of hot water for 5 mins before spraying. :ok

if you have a bodyshop near you beg an empty schutz container, they often fit the guns. Its what I used last time my usual gun canister broke
